Valuing Creativity with Martin Lambie-Nairn
Pioneering screen design and brand identity for broadcasting and non broadcasting companies. Martin Lambie-Nairn has created brand identities we are all likely to be familiar with. From Channel 4’s groundbreaking ‘patchwork’ identity, to the total rebrand of the BBC. More recently leading the rebrands for HSBC and BT. Martin strongly believes that for a branding project to be successful, the company’s top management – the CEO and the CMO – need to be involved and actively endorse it.
More than ever, companies are beginning to pay attention to how design can impact growth, and the ones who don’t will be left behind. Some of the key Professional Services Network businesses as well as Management Consultancies (for example, PWC and McKinsey) now serve clients with their own in-house design teams, further highlighting the strong link between design and value creation.
